A former Member of the Victorian Parliament, Maree holds a Master of Leadership (Deakin) and certification in Governance & Risk Management (AICD & GIA). She holds further qualifications in Property & Real Estate, along with Communications.

For 7 years, Maree chaired the Victorian Minister for Planning's Building Advisory Council, comprising the peak bodies and regulators in the building and construction industry. She has deep experience with cladding, non-conforming products, labour shortages and the Building Equality Policy. She is an Ambassador for the Housing Industry Association's 'Building Women'. Maree was a Member of the Victorian Building Authority Building Appeals Board (BAB), a specialist expert tribunal that makes decisions about matters relating to legislation, regulation and codes, along with practitioner registration.
She currently serves on the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO) Practitioner Panel. Maree is the author of The Australian Guide to Living Well with Endometriosis, published nationally by Wiley.

She specialises in Gender Equality Action Plans, advocacy and is committed to philanthropy.

​With qualifications in law, labour relations and economics from the University of Melbourne, Erica holds a current practising certificate. She also has postgraduate training in finance, coaching certifications, and accreditations in MHFA, MARAM (family and domestic violence prevention), HBDI and Genos EI. A nationally accredited mediator (AMDRAS) with 25 years of business experience, Erica has worked across law, professional services, government, banking, financial services, manufacturing and the not-for-profit sector. She specialises in workplace gender equalisation and is committed to philanthropy, serving on Boards, including Victorian President of Kidsafe, Women's Housing Ltd and Wallara.
